Information according to Art. 13 of the Personal Data Protection Code

Dear user,
we would like to inform you that according to Article 13 of the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30-06-2003, unique text of the legislative regulations regarding the Personal Data Protection Code (hereafter referred to as “Code”), that all information and data you provide us in the a.m. module will be processed according to a.m. dispositions and to confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of campeggio Palipert in the person of its legal representative, with base in Livigno, 23030 - via palipert, 530
Data processing means every operation or complex of operations, by electronic means or not, regarding collection, registration, organisation, preservation, consultation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, block, communication, dissemination, cancellation and deletion of data, even if not recorded in a databank.
According to Art. 13 of the Code, we therefore provide you following information:
a) data processinghas the purpose of managing the requirements coming from the section “Contacts” and providing the customers relative answers.
b) data processing is done using electronic means.
c) data are communicated only to the responsible person(s) in the company ….. or to…. to make the competent contact manage your request.
Your data will not be disseminated. According to Art. 13, section 1, letter d) we inform you about the subjects or categories of subjects, whom your personal data can be communicated or who can be informed as persons in charge of data processing: secretaries, administration employees, technical staff responsible for the web site.
We inform you that your data provision is optional, but in their absence we cannot manage your requests.
In addition, your agreement to the processing of your personal data is absolutely facultative and not mandatory for studies, researches, and market statistics; to send informative and advertising material.
Responsible for data processing is campeggio Palipert, in the person of the legal representative of campeggio Palipert based in Livigno, 23030 – via palipert, 530. Data are kept in the responsible party’s Headquarters as long as a.m. code permits. We inform you also that the data are collected, processed and kept according to Art. 31 and following ones of the Privacy Code and Technical Dispositions about minimum security measures (Annex B of the Code).
We inform you that on our portal we use technological and/or technical means to have access to information stored in the end user’s device, to archive information or to monitor the user’s actions, exclusively for the legitimate purposes of technical storage during the time necessary for communication transmission or for answering your request. You can contact the responsible person every time, without formal obligations (via e-mail, telephone, fax or using the Authority’s dedicated module you can find under www.garanteprivacy.it) to assert your rights according to Art. 7 of the Code, which we reproduce here word-for-word:

Art. 7 (Personal data access right and other rights)
1. The user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of his personal data, even if not registered yet, and to obtain their communication in intelligible form.
2. The user has the right to know:
a) source of personal data;
b) purposes and methods of processing;
c) logic behind data processing by electronic means;
d) personal data of data processing responsible and his representatives/substitutes according to Art.5, section 2;
e) subjects or categories whom the data can be communicated or who know them as official country representatives or responsible or deputies.
3. The use has the right to receive:
a) update, correction or integration of data;
b) cancellation, anonymisation or block of data processed against the law, including data whose storage is not necessary for the purposes they were collected or processed;
c) confirmation that the content of actions a) and b) has been communicated to all involved entities that received the mention data, excluding the situation where this is impossible or too costly compared to the user’s rights.
4. The user has the right to disagree – completely or in part - with:
a) processing of personal data for legitimate reasons, even if according to the purposes they were collected;
b) processing of personal data formailing advertisements, direct selling, market research or commercial communications.
